01Terms of Use

By accessing and using VizXpress, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VizXpress is operated by VizXpress Ltd, company number 17334167, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

02User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not upload malicious content or files
• Not attempt to circumvent any service limitations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

03Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

When using VizXpress, including all AI generation tools, you are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, or processing content that:

• Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or highly offensive material (NSFW)
• Impersonates real people, public figures, or entities without authorization
• Creates misleading deepfakes or manipulative media designed to deceive
• Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activities
• Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third parties

04Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to their content, including AI-generated images, videos, and virtual try-ons. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to process any content using our services. VizXpress claims no ownership of user content but requires a limited licence to provide the service.

For AI-generated content that you choose to make public, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and use such content for service improvement and promotion. You may revoke this licence by requesting deletion of your public content.

05AI-Generated Content and Public Sharing

When using our AI generation services:

• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable laws
• You may choose to keep generated content private or make it publicly accessible
• Public content may be visible to other users and used for platform promotion
• You must not generate content that violates intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or is harmful
• We reserve the right to remove public content that violates our policies

06Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

VizXpress offers subscription tiers (including Starter and Pro plans), one-time packages, and a credit-based consumption system:

• Credits are consumed per media processing request. The cost per request varies based on the tool used, selected model, and input settings. Estimated credit costs are shown before you confirm each operation.
• We offer recurring subscriptions (which automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled) and one-time subscriptions/packages (which grant credits or access for a single non-renewing period)
• Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access and usage of your remaining plan quotas until the end of your current billing period
• One-time subscriptions and credit packs do not auto-renew and will lapse once the credit balance is consumed or their stated validity period expires
• You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided 0 paid AI credits have been consumed and fewer than 5 utility tool requests have been processed on your account.
• Subsequent billing renewals, one-time credit packages, and any accounts that have consumed paid AI credits or processed more than 5 utility tool requests are strictly non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Unused credits from monthly subscription allotments expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.

07Developer API Terms

If you use our developer API keys to integrate VizXpress tools into your own software:

• You are solely responsible for all activity and API requests conducted under your developer keys
• API keys must be kept secure and confidential; sharing keys or exposing them in client-side applications is prohibited
• You agree to adhere to rate limits and credit caps configured on your account tier
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate API access for accounts that engage in query flooding, abuse, or other activities that degrade platform stability

08Limitations of Liability

VizXpress provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

10Privacy, Data Security & Storage Retention

We take your privacy seriously. Processing history records and associated temporary task files are retained for 7 days on Free accounts and 30 days on Starter and Pro accounts before automated deletion. Generated media and assets saved to your user library remain stored permanently. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data and ensure its security.

11Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate with third-party services or APIs for certain functionalities, such as advanced AI model execution, upscaling, restoration, transcription, voice cloning, URL shortener, and email validation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

12Advertising

VizXpress may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and related Google advertising technologies. By using our services, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown based on anonymous contextual signals. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

13Broadcast Communications & Push Notifications

By subscribing, creating an account, or opting into browser push notifications, you consent to receive broadcast communications from VizXpress, including email newsletters, feature announcements, promotional offers, and web push notifications. You may unsubscribe from email broadcasts at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email footer or adjust notification preferences in your profile. You may disable push notifications via browser settings. VizXpress is not liable for network delays, third-party spam filtering, or non-delivery of broadcast messages.

14Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VizXpress harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

16Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of VizXpress after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
