Our Commitment to Responsible AI

VizXpress provides AI-powered tools for image generation, video creation, text to speech, voice cloning, background removal, upscaling, restoration, and other media processing workflows. We are committed to ensuring these tools are used responsibly, ethically, and lawfully. This policy outlines the standards we apply to AI-generated content on our platform.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited and may not be generated, uploaded, processed, or shared using any VizXpress tool:

• Sexual or explicit content involving real or fictional minors under any circumstances
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes depicting real individuals in sexual contexts
• Content designed to harass, threaten, defame, or cause harm to any identifiable individual
• Realistic AI-generated images or videos of real people created without their consent and intended to deceive, impersonate, or damage their reputation
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, including unauthorised use of copyrighted characters, brands, or likenesses
• Disinformation or synthetic media designed to deceive the public about real events, people, or institutions
• Content that violates any applicable law in the user's jurisdiction or in the United Kingdom

Ownership and Rights

Users retain full ownership of the content they generate using VizXpress tools, subject to the limitations outlined in this policy and our Terms of Service. VizXpress does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by using our AI generation services, users confirm they have the right to use any reference images, prompts, or materials submitted as inputs, and that the resulting output does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Public Content and Platform Use

When users choose to make AI-generated content publicly visible on VizXpress, they grant VizXpress a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and use that content for platform promotion, service improvement, and showcasing platform capabilities. This licence can be revoked at any time by requesting deletion of the public content. Public content is visible to other users and may be reviewed by VizXpress staff for policy compliance.

Content Moderation

VizXpress reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any AI-generated content that violates this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. We may take the following actions without prior notice:

• Remove public content that violates our policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these standards
• Report illegal content to relevant authorities where required by law
• Restrict access to specific AI tools for users who misuse them

We do not pre-screen all AI-generated content but rely on a combination of automated filters, user reports, and manual review to enforce this policy.

Third-Party AI Models

Some AI generation features on VizXpress are powered by third-party machine learning models and APIs. While we select providers carefully, we are not responsible for the independent content policies, output quality, or data practices of these providers. Users should be aware that prompts submitted to AI generation tools may be processed by third-party systems. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, biases, or unexpected outputs. VizXpress makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, realism, or suitability of any AI-generated result for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and must not present AI-generated content as factual or real without appropriate disclosure where required.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter AI-generated content on VizXpress that you believe violates this policy or applicable law, please report it to legal@vizxpress.com with a description of the content and the reason for your report. We aim to review all reports within 5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our tools, applicable law, or industry standards. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-app notification or email where appropriate. Continued use of VizXpress after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
